REQUISITES – MORTGAGE LOANS - Banks in the Dominican Republic

 

FOREIGNERS:

  • Letter requesting loan specifying total, term or Request duly completed.
  • Copy of Passport
  • Certification of income or letter of work.
  • Affidavit of Income Tax of the last two years.
  • Letters of references of the banks with which it works.
  • Copy of statements of accounts of the last 6 months.
  • Updated financial statements.
  • Updated credit Bureau chart.
  • Letter, authorizing bank to request, references abroad.
  • Form for medical examination. In case the client is out of the country, medical examinations of the country where he resides will be received.

 

 

DOMINICANS:

 

  • Letter requesting loan specifying total, term or Request duly completed.
  • Copy of his cédula.
  • Certification of income, or letter of work.
  • Copy of the statements of account from others bank, for the last six months.
  • Updated financial statements.

GUARANTEE DOCUMENTS:

 

  • Certificate of Deed.
  • Appraisal carried out by an authorized assessor of the bank.
  • Insurance policy of property to assure and of the petitioner's.
  • Letter of margins.
  • Certification of payment or non- payment of tax of luxury housing (IVSS)
  • Certification of no taxes
