“The Caribbean Is Calling” is the phrase that is uttered the most at our offices. Our clients as well as our team members realize that when the Caribbean Calls, one must always answer! The Caribbean called Scott Medina, and he’s glad he listened. Born in New York, raised in Puerto Rico, having done business in the U.S. all his life, this Florida real estate broker found the silver lining within the cloud of a faltering economy; it was taking business outside of the Country to the sugar-colored beaches of the Caribbean; a dream come true. His permanent relocation to the Dominican Republic was featured on HGTV House Hunters International and is currently in pre-production for a second show with one of the many international families Scott Medina has helped to make their dreams of a home in the Bavaro, Punta Cana area come true. Scott attended The Florida State University where he earned a B.S. in Real Estate & Finance and has over 20 years of real estate experience in the Dominican Republic and the U.S. Scott has no plans of leaving Dominican Republic anytime soon since he married Rosalyn who is 100% Dominican and have two beautiful daughters together, Cecille Marie and Brianna Sophia.

Anny Rodriguez was born in the Capitol city of the Dominican Republic; Santo Domingo. At the early age of 18, Anny began working for a company as an events organizer. Immediately after this, Anny began her work at an auditing firm in order to hone her new-found skills in the world of accounting. Anny had begun to take advantage of her studies in both accounting and marketing from both the Catholic University of Santo Domingo (UCSD) and the University Caribbean (UNICARIBE) respectively.
In 2007, Anny had settled in Bavaro pursuing the potential for economic opportunity.
Following the career path that Anny had initially set forth, arose the opportunity for her to realize one of her dreams of opening a restaurant. In 2010, Anny opened the doors “Outiside In”, a dining establishment that featured a variety of international dishes prepared to perfection. Within a very short period of time, Outside In had positioned itself as the “Number One Restaurant In The Area” within Bavaro, Punta Cana for approximately one year per the TripAdvisor.com travel resource website.
Expanding her opportunities and skill-set as well as taking advantage of her customer service aptitude and strong commitment to quality, Anny became a part of the Go Punta Cana Real Estate Team in 2012 as a Property & Rental Manager, and is currently the General Manager.

Hello, my name is Carla Geenen. I was born in Waddinxveen, Netherlands which is a small city about 5 km from Gouda and 45 km from The Hague. My family is my mam (Dutch), my father (Indonesia), my sister Jolanda with her husband Peter and son Raymond and his girlfriend and my beautiful daughter Simone who lives in the Netherlands with her boyfriend Freek.
In the Netherlands, I worked at the account office of Brands & Wolff (now known as Moret, Ernst and Young) doing administrative work for the clients. After that I, worked in a company that organized large events & parties in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France. This company is Gertjan Vanderloo Party Service. I was responsible for the administrative work “behind the scenes” that was required for each and every event.
After taking several vacations to the Dominican Republic (specifically Cabarete, on the North Coast) and enjoying the tropical sun and tranquil landscapes, I decided to relocate there. I moved in 2006 to Cabarete where I began work as a waitress at restauant Miro and restaurant Bliss – right on the beach. In addition to the waitressing, I also handled their administrative work. After spending more time learning the area, and meeting new people, I began work as the receptionist at Cabarete’s Hotel Velero.
In November 2011, I had the opportunity to move to Bavaro, Punta Cana, to begin working for Diamond Spa as their administrator. After getting settled in Punta Cana, I also carried out the administrative duties for the French Bakery! I suppose one could say that I have a wealth of administrative experience under my belt.
It was at around this time when I came into contact with Scott at Go Punta Cana Real Estate, and learned that they were in need of an office manager. Well, it turns out that after learning this information on a “Saturday”, I began work that “Sunday”. I am glad to be a part of the Go Punta Cana Real Estate Team.
