I'm writing this letter to you to express my gratitude to you for all your help in the purchase of our condo at Arenas De Bavaro in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. After vacationing in Punta Cana a year and a half ago we simply fell in love with its magnificent beaches and beautiful people. When we arrived home and did a little research on the area, we knew right away that this was the place for us. We came across the property, Arenas Bevaro that you represented, on the internet. Believe it or not, less than a month later we had purchased our condo sight unseen.

We have been impressed with your follow-up and professionalism. We are looking forward to meeting with you when we arrive in May to look at property there.

Scott was very helpful in my first transaction in Punta Cana. I never had real estate dealings in the Dominican Republic, so I needed guidance. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. My purchase is in Vista Cana, and upon completion, I look forward to other real estate dealings.  I looked up your area and sent emails to other agents and never got a response.  Both my husband and I are very pleased at how on top of any question we might have, you always give us great advice and direct us.  You also went out of your way to meet me in Miami after while I attended a luxury designation class and went over everything I might need to know about moving to the Dominican Republic.  Keep on doing the great job you are doing and stay on top of the great press and website you have.  We will be down in June and so looking forward to looking at the golf communities we are interested in.
