Electricity is extra and based on consumption. One time cleaning fee of $75.

$500 security deposit per week refundable at check out with no damages or $69 Property Damage Protection Insurance for up to $3,000 worth of damages. If you select the $69 insurance you will only be required a $150 electricity deposit per week.

50% Deposit required to confirm booking (fully refundable up to 12 weeks prior to arrival).
Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
